By requesting Service(s) from LOCADEL™, you hereby authorize us to charge your Credit Card for the total amount indicated in your Booking Order.
Your initial estimate is based on the selected type of move, cargo items and acquired services from the pickup to the drop-off addresses that you provided.
Your project begins when LOCADEL™ agent(s) start(s) traveling to your Pickup location.
Protection
Your delivery includes $15,000 in cargo insurance protection. Cargo insurance protects your property against loss, damage and theft while your freight is in transit. Transit is when your cargo is placed and locked inside the vehicle.
Your item(s) is/are covered by standard damage protection when your property is handled by movers. In the event of accidental damage caused to your item during handling by the company, the company will reimburse value based on the standard rate to weight of the item, currently .69 cents per pound. This protection doesn't not cover item normal wear, tear, stains or damages that item sustained before moving.
If an item found broken before moving, item identified as fragile and can be easily broken during handling, no protection will be offered and moving will be performed under client's discretion.
Exclusions
Your initial estimate does not include any road tolls, dumping fees, or extra delivery services. In the event of changes to the initial order, your order will be updated and new price will take place.
Assembly services
Assembly if requested, is for furniture only. LOCADEL™ policy excludes installation of appliance(s), outdoor play structures, gazebos, hot tubs, home gyms, and pool tables.
Cancellation of service
A Moving Agent has the right to decline a project at the pickup address if he(they) are unable to provide service due to inaccurate project description including cargo items. The project is different from initial booked by the customer. The client is not ready or cannot provide cargo. The client didn't cancel the Service(s) with LOCADEL™ beforehand.
Cancellation Fee - Partial refund 60% will be refunded to the client.
Client is entitled for a full refund if a Moving Agent(s) is/are not capable or unwilling to perform the Service for reasons beyond described in these short terms.
