- Small items should be packed in the boxes

What is considered an individual item?
Individual item, piece or unit is a box, a sag, a table, a sofa, or unit of furniture that has pieces fixed together. Non adjustable Bed Frame consists: headboard, two sideboards, and a foot board and it is treated as one unit. Exclusions to a Bed frame would be a storage bed with removable drawers, they are accounted as individual pieces and will occupy space in the truck. Mattress and a Spring box are two separated pieces.
Does furniture have to be emptied?
Weight matters. Furniture which with content inside is heavier and is vulnerable to damages at rate 80%.
How to avoid a box to be extra heavy?
Mix your belongings, mix heavy items with light items in one box. Pack heavy items such as books in small boxes.
Is my item heavy?
If item weights over 75 lbs or 35 kg it is heavy. If you suspect or know from previous experience that collaboration of two people are not enough to safely carry an item with reasonable ease your furniture is heavy. Please consider to add additional Helper(s), if you feel and know that it is necessary.
Can you extra protect my furniture?
We offer plastic wrapping for additional cost at $15.00 per 50 ft of plastic. Example: if your desk is 4 ft long and 2 ft wide. Two protect your desk at least four layers of plastic will be needed which is 48 or 50 ft of material. Cost to protect your desk is $15.00.
Are narrow ways is a problem for moving?
When there are two inches between furniture being moved and the real property this is an ideal situation. Problem occurs when the item DOESN'T FIT. Per safety rule we don't use windows or exercising over fence move of your personal belongings. If your bed frame was assembled inside the room and became extended size, it will require a break down.
Am I insured?
There is established by the State standard protection ¢0.60 per pound. In case your furniture item is damaged or lost within a handling process, the reimbursement amount is calculated based on the net weight of the effected unit. Furniture unit weighting 80 lbs will be reimbursed at $55.20. If you choose us to move expensive art pieces, fragile items which posses risk of damage we will do our bestest to well pack and handle them, but you as a customer is responsible to obtain additional insurance to protect your valuables.
